Ashiatsu Massage

Ashiatsu massage unlike most other barefoot methods, is performed on the massage table instead of a floor mat. The massage table set up allows clients to put their face down comfortably in the face rest. Since ashiatsu is performed on the table, overhead bars are needed for balance. Deep Tissue Massage

A therapeutic massage using firm pressure. Helps in alleviating pain, muscle spasms, stress, and inflammation. If you are suffering from pain or discomfort from soft tissue problems, this is a great massage for you.

Swedish Massage

A full body massage of medium pressure. Relieves muscle tension, stimulates circulation, increases serotonin levels, improves muscle tone and promotes total mind and body relaxation.

Reflexology

A foot and hand massage that involves stretching and applying pressure to reflex areas that correspond to specific organs and other parts of the body.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

30 min ($65); 60 min ($100); 90 min ($140)

MLD is a specialized medical massage technique with gentle, rhythmic, slow skin-stretching movements. These movements transport the lymphatic fluid from swollen areas of the body into the direction of the lymph flow that is draining well. This is called "decongesting." This relaxing technique promotes healing by supporting the immune system which decreases swelling (edema) and pain.

Hot Stone Massage

A Penetrating heat from smooth, warmed stones is used to relieve tense muscles and sore joints. Combined with Swedish techniques, this creates a thoroughly relaxing experience.

Prenatal Massage

Client must be through 1st trimester; 50 min ($80)

A gentle massage to relieve the muscle cramps, spasms and pain often encountered in the lower back, neck, hips and legs during pregnancy. A safe semi-reclined and side-to-side body position (with body pillows) is used to insure comfort for the client. Client must be through 1st trimester.

Seated Chair Massage

A fully clothed massage that improves circulation, stimulates muscles and reduces tension in the back, neck and shoulders.

Sports Massage

A therapeutic massage that includes stretching and compression techniques. Promotes flexibility, reduces swelling, relieves muscle tension and alleviates muscle fatigue that can result from physical labor, lifting weights or sports-related injuries.

Japanese Head Spa

Indulge in 60 minutes of uninterrupted relaxation with our Japanese Head-spa treatment, meticulously crafted to relieve tension. This therapeutic experience integrates massage techniques and targets pressure points to focus on promoting scalp health and well-being. A Self serve drying station is provided post treatment. We Do Not Do Blow Outs!

Paraffin Dip

Paraffin treatments effectively increase blood flow to reduce inflammation and stiffness caused by arthritis. Paraffin also softens dry, cracked skin leaving your hands and feet feeling soft and appearing more youthful.

Foot Treatment

Four step ($50); Two step soak and scrub ($30)

This 4 step treatment will leave your feet feeling soft and rejuvenated. We start with a (1) warm foot bath, (2) a gentle scrub, (3) a refreshing mask, and finish with (4) a moisturizing lotion to pamper your feet.
