Gift Cards: Gift Card purchases are non-refundable. Gift Cards must be presented at time of appointment and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Not responsible for unauthorized use of Gift Cards. Gift Cards purchased in conjunction with a special offer/discount/promotion are valid for 1 year after which the Gift Card can be used at face value. Gift cards are valid for 5 years. Services and/or pricing are subject to change and may not be available at the time of redemption.
Gift Cards purchased at a fund raising event/charity event have a 1 year expiration from date of event.
Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for annual paperwork updates. This will also allow your therapist the opportunity to speak with you and still give you the full time of service for massage. Late arrival may limit our ability to offer you the fullest possible experience, please call ahead and let us know if you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate or reschedule your appointment for a more convenient day.
Reservation Policy: massages are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
Cancellation Policy: Our practitioners' time is valuable, please be considerate and if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment call 423-296-4144 at least 24 hours in advance or go online (if you have an account with us) to schedulicity.com/myappointments. If a client has missed 2 appointments or fails to give 24 hours notice of cancellation, they will be asked to leave a non-refundable deposit (50% of service) when booking future appointments.
Children: Children under 12 years of age are not permitted in the waiting/service areas or treatment rooms unless they are receiving a service. This is for their safety and to also ensure that you as well as other guests receive the best experience possible. Please arrange for childcare prior to each visit or your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Anyone under the age of 16 receiving a massage must have the written permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Payment: Payment is due when service is rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit cards, personal checks (with ID), or cash as forms of payment. If a Therapeutic Touch Massage Therapy Gift Card is your form of payment, we require that you bring your gift card with you and present it to the guest service representative upon checkout. Returned checks will incur an additional $16 fee **All prices are subject to change without notification
Tips: Tips are graciously accepted, but not expected, and are never overtly solicited at Therapeutic Touch Massage Therapy LLC. Should you choose to add a gratuity to your service, a common range is 10 to 20%, but any amount you choose to add is appreciated, and entirely at your discretion.
Cell Phones: Out of consideration for all Therapeutic Touch Massage Therapy LLC guests, please silence your cell phone. Cell phone use is not permitted in ANY area of our establishment (except emergency). Our front desk can assist you with any questions if needed.
For your Comfort: Please be assured that your safety is our ultimate goal. All our materials and equipment have been professionally sanitized for each guest.
We request that you leave all jewelry and other valuables at home as Therapeutic Touch Massage Therapy LLC is not responsible for lost items.
Towels, robes, and slippers are provided during your services for your convenience.
